educate /ed.jʊ.keɪt/
to teach someone, from the Latin educare- to lead

recycling

Teaching High School students is much like plowing steel.
I am part of a group called to lead those who, for the most part, do not wish to be led- rebels without cause- unaware of potential or possibility, and yet, rich with both. My task is to help them see.

So, this week is Red. At least, for the painting students. Last week- Yellow, the week before- Blue. Students are reckoning differences between hue and value with portraiture, still-life and landscape painting, all in the 'color of the week'.
